Incodema3D implemented GE quality programs in its day-to-day activities, such as the operator-inspector program, which requires each employee to deliver a quality product to the next step with zero defects. This program moved quality from final inspection to quality responsibility and accountability at each step of the process… receiving, in-process and shipping.
Incodema3D has the top inspection and reverse engineering equipment that uses inspection scanning technology or CMM scanner, which uses its installed laser camera to swipe the surface of the product and output a 3D model with complete dimensions and tolerances.
