Incodema3D Hires Accomplished Director of Quality Roxanne Andrian, PD.D., MBA

Freeville, NY – March 9, 2016 Incodema3D, LLC, a leading Additive Manufacturing(AM) company specializing in servicing the Aerospace industry, is proud to announce a phenomenal addition to our AM team in Freeville, NY.  Roxanne Andrian, Ph.D. has joined the Incodema3D team with an extensive background in Quality Management & Continuous Improvement. She is responsible for leading the quality initiatives employed by Incodema3D.

The Incodema3D team received AS9100 RevC and ISO9001 certifications in December of 2015.   A large part of Ms. Andrian’s role includes the task of assuring Incodema3D satisfies the requirements and intent of all quality certifications held currently and anticipated in the future, by recommending modification, development, or elimination of procedures, work instructions or operator instructions.  She will enhance the diligent efforts of the Incodema3D team to fulfill the commitment of delivering quality products and unsurpassed customer satisfaction to every client. Ms. Andrian will accomplish this task in part by regular verification that the quality management system in place emphasizes continual process improvement and reliably satisfies customer and global standards.
