Certifications
AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 - Incodema3D has been
certified to ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C since 2015. We recertified in 2016 after
the vertical integration of post-processing activities through the acquisition
our machine-shop, EDM and grinding equipment and personnel. We upgraded to the
most recent standard revisions in 2017.
AS9100 / ISO 9001 Certification and OASIS registration - Incodema3D’s certifications to AS9100 and ISO 9001 through NSF-ISR (ANAB accredited certification body) and listed in the IAQG OASIS database.
EOS-AMQ certification - Incodema3D has been awarded in December 2016 the EOS - AMQ certification, which established the company globally as a strategic EOS platform user, and required the upgrade of its quality system to the most stringent quality requirements on the market. We are the only A.M. company nationally that succeeded to achieve this certification.
ITAR registration - Incodema3D is ITAR-registered and compliant.
Incodema3D was granted the Federal Firearms License in 2017.
Incodema3D is in compliance with the Cybersecurity Requirements of the NIST-800-171 (Special Publication)/ DFARS 225.204-7012.
In November 2016, Incodema3D completed the vertical integration of machining and EDM technologies and capabilities within its additive manufacturing core business.Due to acquisition of equipment, integration and physical relocation of manufacturing lines previously allocated to the Incodema Group, and re-certification of the integrated and enlarged company to the aerospace quality standards. Along with the re-qualification to our major aerospace customers’ requirements.
Incodema3D is offering Production parts that are not only 3D-printed, but complete with many of the post-processing operations that other AM companies would finalize using outside vendors.
